The required documents to submit are listed below.
  • Last six (6) months’ bank statement showing cash flows for your business during that period
  • Company registration documents (CAC etc)
  • NUBAN-compliant postdated cheques for repayment 
  • One(1) Recent Passport photograph & a copy of your identification card
  • Recent utility bill as proof of maintaining a Lagos business and/or residence
 Note that in an attempt to accommodate needs specific to your loan request, we may ask for additional documentation.

Application process:
  1. Apply online at http://www.smeboutique.com/apply/ 
  2. Upload copies of your documents  where possible. This allows us to immediately start processing your application (optional step)
    • Respond to the email sent to you when you completed your application to request your documents be reviewed
    • You are more likely to get a decision within 1 business day when you upload your documents
  3. Download and print your application form. 
    • Walk into our ikoyi office with your signed application form
      • If you uploaded your documents, a loan officer will contact you to schedule an appointment and confirm whether original copies and/or additional documents are needed when you visit our office.
    • If you did not complete step 2 above, please bring along copies of all the required documents  
  4. Visit http://www.smeboutique.com/apply/#status to check the status of your application at any given time. 
    • We review all applications received and provide status updates, e.g. we tried reaching you but were unable
